March 2009

For the month of March it was interesting... my living room looked like a delivery dock and once I got it cleaned then the dinning room furniture went in, to clean that floor.

My cousins came in from Arizona, normally not this way in March but I think they had snow the entire time they were here... We met at the Eagles for breakfast and all the young ones were sitting together... picture time.

Picture the kids took of my mom, kind of dark but a good one...

Billy at Tae Kwon Do... he tested and moved up to a Green Belt. Very proud of his dedication. Once Billy moved to a Green Belt, Kayla joined... now they are both Green Belts and in the same class... much easier on Mom.

March 22nd, we figured we would take a break from the kitchen and enjoy some time with the kids and treat them (for being so patient with mom and dad thru the construction) and we went and played put put golf.

Who new that at the end of March we would get snow AGAIN. March 28th, we had some more snow. And the weekend before we were all in sweatshirts playing golf.

End of February

Billy was so excited that he learned how to make an arm pit fart that he wanted me to take pictures...

Father Daughter Dance... 2-7-09

Kayla asked dad to the father daughter dance again for the 2nd year. This year we went shopping for a shirt to match a skirt that we had... didn't find one, but we did find a nicely used dress, which led to purchasing a nice pair of shoes.
Kayla and Dad went to the dance and had a blast. Billy and Mom went to the chocolate festival and Billy actually said he had enough chocolate...
I have a picture of Kayla and Will at the dance, but my scanner is not working... will add later.

Late Night Movie... 1-3-09

Kayla and Billy were allowed to stay up and watch a movie after mom and dad went to bed... probable had about 20 to 30 minutes left. When mom and dad woke up the next morning, this is where we found the kids...
The Story: they finished the movie and both made it to there own bed. Billy couldn't sleep and so Kayla, being the big sister, allowed Billy to crawl into her bed. Ah, such a sweet sister. The reason he wasn't in mom and dad's bed... he was told that if he stayed up he could crawl into mom's side of the bed.
